A note from Sumeru: We just received this and apologize for the late notice. Shi Wu De was abbott of Tai Bay Buddhist Temple in Toronto, and a strong supporter of the Buddhist Education Foundation of Canada. He passed away recently and this scholarship is named in his honour.
