Michael talks with Sister Elaine MacInnes, who has dedicated her life to teaching meditation to prisoners in an effort to understand and alleviate their pain. Now at the age of 89, she has handed over the reins of her charity, “Freeing the Human Spirit”, to the John Howard Society.
