On September 30, 2006, more than 100 international mountain climbers witnessed Chinese border police shooting and killing three members of a group of Tibetan monks, nuns, laypeople and children trying to escape over the Nagpa Pass into Nepal. Some climbers were able to film the events and subsequently report the incident to the world. This is their story. The embedded video here is the first of six parts.
