This new book is by Michael McCartney, who lives near Picton, Ontario. He has meditated daily for forty years, having trained in Kriya Yoga, Raja Yoga, Vajrayana Buddhism and Christian meditation. Michael is a scientist with masters degrees in health care and environmental studies as well as training in psychology. He approaches meditation as a scientist, and experienced practitioner. The book, published by Archangel, is available through Amazon online, as is his previous book, “Meditation Good Medicine.”
