Dzogchen Meditation
According to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Dzogchen or Ati Yoga is the culmination of the path and the instructions point to the primordial, open and natural state of the mind. Dzogchen or the Great Perfection are extraordinary teachings, pointing out instructions and meditation practices which facilitate the realization of our innate luminous awareness. Anyone interested in formless non-dual meditation will find these teachings of benefit.
Three Words of Garab Dorje
Garab Dorje is the first master of the Dzogchen/Great Perfection lineage. His final teaching, ‘Three Words that Strike the Vital Point’ consist of pith instructions that offer clear guidance on recognizing the mind’s innate purity and making this recognition a living experience.
Please note: A the end of each evening there will be an opportunity to give dana directly to the Lama while offering a white scarf and receiving blessings.
