INCOGNITO reviewed in ARTiculate

Books British Columbia Buddhism around the World Buddhism in Canada Events Publishing Sumeru Books

INCOGNITO reviewed in ARTiculate, the bi-annual magazine of the West Kootenay Arts Council, in conjunction with a reading at the Nelson, BC, public library by Dianne Harke, author of INCOGNITO: The Astounding Life of Alexandra David-Neel (Sumeru 2016).

This reading will be the second in what will hopefully be a vibrant series we’re calling A BUDDHIST LITERARY EVENT (ABLE), supporting Buddhist publishing, reading, author interview, and recording initiatives across Canada and beyond. The idea came out of discussions amongst the organizers of Canada’s first Buddhist Literary Festival, held as part of Toronto’s Word On The Street book festival this past autumn. Two more events are in the works. Details to come!
