Flight of the Garuda
Dzogchen (Great Perfection) teaching on the Nature of Mind
According to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Dzogchen or Ati Yoga points to the primordial, natural state of the mind, it is an extraordinary cycle of teachings and meditation practices which facilitate this realization. Dzogchen is considered to be the “teaching of our time” because it is direct, immediate and profound. Lama Lena will teach from the text: ‘Flight of the Garuda’ which contains the heart advice of Lama Shabkar (1781-1851) who was renowned for his consummate Dzogchen teachings.
