Elucidating Tathagatagarbha is a book by Master Tam Shek-wing, presenting the Nyingma view of Fourfold Dependent Origination as the coalescence of the Madhyamaka and Yogacara perspectives. Part I of the book is an explanation of the essence and function of Tathagatagarbha. Part II is a condensed poetic commentary in praise of Nagarjuna's Fourfold Dependent Origination. Part III is a detailed unpacking of the stanzas, explaining the relationship between Tathagatagarbha and Fourfold Dependent Origination, with reference to texts by Nagarjuna, Asanga, and others, along with commentaries by subsequent teachers from the Chinese and Tibetan traditions. I have just finished substantive editing (a one-year process), and I am looking forward to publishing the book this spring.
