Ling Yen Mountain Temple expansion approved

After a protracted dispute with the Richmond, BC, neighbourhood over its ambitious expansion plans, Ling Yen Mountain Temple has received city approval for a scaled back plan. Toronto Zen Centre reading fundraiser
