As always, doors open at 930 for private practice. Dharma talk begins at 1000, followed by a group meditation.

Please note that for this Sunday only January 20th, the Yoga North Studio is NOT available for our sitting.
Ron and Wendy have graciously opened their home for our gathering. They are located at 960 Palmerston, in the Wosley area, behind Laura Secord School on the river. Parking is on the Street or you can use the Robert Steen Community Club Parking lot, 2 houses down from Ron and Wendy’s.
We will be having small group discussions around the theme of community and fostering a greater sense of togetherness.
Please plan to attend right at 10:00 AM. Please bring whatever you may need for your sitting practice.
