Buddhist volunteer(s) needed for prison visits in Kingston Buddhist volunteer(s) needed to visit a small Buddhist group of about 4 men in Collins Bay correctional institution in Kingston to facilitate/supervise prayers and meditation. No special expertise needed, being a Buddhist is enough! Visits can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as able, and would occur either in the morning or afternoon for approximately 1 hour. Buddhist Chaplain from Toronto visits monthly but the men need a volunteer to be able to congregate at other times, and are keen to spend more time practising together. Being with the men is quite meaningful...
