Congratulations to Dr. Bryan Levman, who recently received his PhD in Buddhist Studies from the Department of Religion at the University of Toronto! His thesis was titled Linguistic Ambiguities: the Transmissional Process, and the Earliest Recoverable Language of Buddhism. Dr. Levman has served as the secretary for the Buddhist Council of Canada since 2010.
