Led by Dr Lauran Hartley, Columbia University’s Tibetan Collection librarian and the U of T’s new Liaison librarian for Tibetan Studies (see story on this partnership), this will be a general session covering search-strategies for Tibetan, Chinese, English, and Sanskrit-language texts, as well as an overview of helpful databases for our field.  Afterwards, participants are invited for a brief ‘tour’ of the Tibetan Collection.
