Guided Meditations to Nourish the Mind
Please bring your own lunch. Hot Beverages will be provided.
For all levels of meditation practice, new to advanced, guidance will be provided to those new to meditation
Chairs and cushions will be available, feel free to bring your own floor mat and seating
By donation, no one will be turned away due to a lack of funds (suggested $20 or pay what you can)
