Lu (呂雒九居士) in 1968 and with Master K.S. Fung (馮公夏老師), who was revered as an important leader and principal teacher of the temple; aimed to promote the teachings of Buddha and to guide people to the path of supreme wisdom and happiness. The temple, with the team of volunteers, has served the Greater Vancouver community since its opening.
