Cham Shan Temple, Recruitment of Volunteers
Every weekend and holiday during the months of June to October, we are hosting guided tours for visitors at the Ten Thousand Buddhas Sarira Stupa located in Niagara Falls.
We are recruiting tour guides (fluent in English), receptionists, and volunteers to conduct tours, support cleaning, kitchen, transportation, etc.
We need volunteers who are 16 years or older and interested in:
• Learning the Chinese and Buddhist culture
• Experiencing the peacefulness of the temple & beauty of Niagara Falls
• Meeting tourists from all over the world
• Having fun in the company of friendly volunteers
• Getting volunteering hours
We provide our volunteers with:
• Training in knowledge and skill for conducting tours of the Stupa
• Vegetarian meals including breakfast, lunch, and supper
• Accommodation and transportation to and from Toronto & Niagara Falls
