The Canada Tibet Committee (CTC) is honoured to host an historic Public Talk by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Saturday, 28 April at the Ottawa Civic Centre. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. The Public Talk will start at 10:00 a.m.
