Buddha Name recitation is one very excellent method of purifying the Mind, and can also be used as a meditative practice in itself. Like all forms of mindful practice, it can also be an entry point to investigating the mind, and can even be used to enhance the Huatou method of asking “Who is reciting Buddha’s name?” We hope that you can join us for this event, which includes complimentary vegetarian lunch, plus periods of chanting in a peaceful, relaxed retreat environment.

To Register: Send an email to ddmba.toronto@gmail.com, or leave a voice message at (416) 855-0531.
